I agree! This is my favorite group on lit. You are all super nice and relaxed. I don't feel like I'm out of my league with you guys, I can just write and have fun. I also hope to be a writer of some sort in the future, so this is good practice for me. Also writing everyday like this will help me in college. I hope all of us have long successful writing careers in the future.

well see one of the best things I have found on Lit is the collaberation aspects I think it is really sad that so many people dont want ot set up more of a network so to speak I mean in a more real life sense I get privacy and all that but their are so many aspiring artist and writers here I feel like its an untapped vein so to speak

Relationship Status: Single

Backstory: The daughter of a human woman and a traveler(think Peter Quill from guardians of the galaxy). Sort of a wayward soul. Resentful of the immortality bestowed upon her by her father. She doesn't fit in with the humans she grew up with but doesn't want to fit in with her sorcerous(definitely made that word up) counterparts. On her death bed Mom sends her off to the academy but her natural abilities exceed the rest of the students so she doesn't fit in there either. But she learns to enjoy her father's gifts and advances quickly, eventually finding joy in learning this other part of herself. Still doesn't make her any friends, that is until the first human boy gets admitted to the academy.


PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

Height: 5’9

Weight: 160

Figure/build: Coke bottle

Skin tone: Honey

Hair color: Brown with bits of gold running through it

Hairstyle: wild curly fro that she’ll tame for no one

Eye color: Hazel

Tattoos: covered from neck to toe with various tribal type designs. the tattoos appeared spontaneously starting when she hit puberty and stopped when she turned 21 when she was covered. She didn’t learn what they were for until she got to the academy. She calls them the keepers of her magic, they glow when she casts.

COSTUME

Preferred style of clothing: HATES the robes her counterparts wear and often got in trouble at the academy for refusing to wear them. She’s a simple girl. Usually baggy Dickie style work pants, studded belts, and funky tshirts(usually cropped to show her midriff). And of course her favorite boots
Frequently worn jewelry: amber stud in her nose, an amber pendant her mother gave her

SKILLS

Powers: Mastery of all forms of magic but her favorite is elemental magic. Adept at conjuring beasts of all kinds and manipulating time and space. Minor will bending abilities as well. In short she can do pretty much anything she sets her mind to but her power is still raw and often unwieldy if she doesn’t focus.

Weapons: She has a staff but very rarely does she carry it. She doesn’t exactly need it and finds it cumbersome but when she does use it, she wields it as if it is an extension of herself.

Personality: In a word, mercurial torn between two world, neither of which really accepts her so she tend to keep to herself. But that doesn’t mean she is unfriendly or rude, she just won’t go out of her way to socialize, even with those with whom she is familiar. Her facial expression are usually more telling than anything she might say.

okay cool...i don't mind jumping into the middle of things. Still haven't decided if I want her on the team or more of a consultant type. I have the idea that it's her father's insistence that she join the fight against evil, not the White wolf and the MPC but when she encounters the team she finds a sort of camaraderie that appeals to her. Get in where you fit in kind of thing.

I was wondering, with The three monsters being mainly handled, i'm thinking of having Dawson help out while my girls create a mind barrier around nicky and the scientist. With the story of their former packmate having taught them all the mind meld technique of werewolves and mixing it with a little magic, the three girls ended up learning how to create a solid shield they would form to keep attackers at bay while they were healing one of their own or needing to protect a client, but without Jeanette, the two can only protect against mental attacks while Dawson protects them from anything physical. it would create a hinderance for the scientist, and give me something to do lol
