I just watched a movie called "13 Sins" with a very similar plot. Except that it was a young man, and the dares weren't sexual. I think your way would work very well.

As soon as I read number 2, I pictured a Japenese game show. The contestant has X amount of time to complete a dare and travel to a new location. The early dares are easy, and in mostly private areas...

Then the dares become more risque and downright perverse in nature, and are in the open with lots of people around. Of course the prizes at each level grow in comparison to the dare. After each round, the contestant can go to a location to find out the next dare, or to a safe zone to claim the prizes won.

If the contestant choses the dare location, then either the dare is sucessefullyy completed or all prizes are forfeit.

I picture this as either a who wants to be a millionaire type game, with the dares increasing in difficulty, or it could be a Deal or no Deal type game where the contestant choses a number and then is given the challenge.
