I grew up in a very repressive and religious household and it was drilled into me from infancy that "Private things are for Private places."

Physically, it's a toss up between hips/ass and smile. But something that's crucially important is intellect. I like women who are bright and creative. Maybe that all seems goofy, but I really love women with full broad hips and a nice big butt (see, "Fat Bottomed Girls" and "Baby Got Back" for full explanation).
