how do you sound?

I agree, Noor. And you have a charming voice.

I don't think I'm often anything other than ironic and flippant around here, but I know that is a long way from actual humour. I will try. :rose:

Thank you and thanks.:rose:

After Neci's request to Laurel - an awkward sort of bedtime story. Sorry for the near-emotion at times.

:rose::rose::rose:

best of luck with your new job, and cherish the memories you've built so far - there are many new ones yet to be made, and you're fortunate to have had this special time with your little that so many parents miss out on.

your reading made me have to wipe my eyes. :kiss:

A lovely reading, and made all the better by the voice in the background. :rose:

Thank you both very much. The GB is an odd theatre in which to find catharsis, but nonetheless. :kiss:

Des, you sound exactly how I thought you would...I loved it!

he has a voice made for narration! what child's life wouldn't be improved by listening to his perfect english tones reading them stories, creating mind-worlds for them?

100% agreed! I love your accent butters!!!

I grinned - great stuff, Butters! And I didn't remember your accent from before - it's wonderful. :)

ha, thanks but it's a blend of bbc received english, the back end of romford, and too many years spent in dagenham. once upon a time my voice was as well-modulated as yours. :rolleyes: now it tends to define itself depending on where i am and those i'm conversing with. chameleon-like. *deep sigh*
