Prostitution OK on Lit?

plotline is willing adult girl becomes willing sex slave for older guy for one weekend. He supplies the location and clients, and charges each client a fixed fee to attend; she gets paid a flat rate for the weekend, and agrees that she'll get each guy off at least once. Significant whoopie ensues. But if she quits before dawn on Monday she loses all her money; so the best gets saved for last. No torture or bestiality or other red flags. But clearly, she's acting as a prostitute, and he's the pimp.

Anybody see any lit rule transgressions?

Literotica's prohibitions against certain things are largely due to personal taste on the part of the site owners (such as bestiality), as well as some amount of heading off any sort of legal action before it could be attempted (such as minors having sex). Their reasons for this may or may not be warranted on a legal basis, but that's beside the point. The content that Laurel and Manu allow on this site is there because they are, at the least, comfortable with posting the subject matter.

Basically, ask yourself if the story you propose, sans the explicit sex, could be shown on cable TV. From what I've seen on Showtime, HBO, or Cinemax, they pretty much follow the same guidelines for its content as Lit does. There are no teeny-boppers having explicit sex, no one fucks a sheep or a donkey, and no one smears themselves in shit for the sake of an orgasm. But there is plenty of gratuitous violence, illegal drug use, depictions of rape and torture and other illegal acts beside.

So, if your story passes mustard with that general group of conditions, go ahead and throw in the sex and you're good.

Game of Thrones had some pretty strong scenes with Danaerys (actor is adult, but I think the character's established as 16 years old in the TV series, she was younger in the books). No actual genitals shown but the not-very-consensual wedding night with Drogo is about as explicit as anything else I've seen from HBO.

I have written any number of for pay stories about prostitution. Corporate Sex Slaves, In Training or Tails of The Pussycat Lounge are examples. each of the stories have been published in multiple for pay sites, with no problem.

You either have to eliminate "friend" or "one-time" for me to come up with anything that isn't.

There are happy hooker stories here, and I think that someone who likes sex and has a chance to make money from it for a weekend is a plausible situation. I think it's even plausible if they tolerate casual sex and need the money. I've seen both scenarios up close in RL.

I suppose the palatable end is more my problem, though taking the word "friend" at face value without downgrading it to "acquaintance" stretches my plausibility scale unless the story results in that downgrade -- which is where the depressing part comes from.

I'm with you....if you put friend in there then the sex could be for free a 'let me cheer you up' scenario, but putting money into takes the shine off.

Hooker stories where the women enjoys sex and the money is a bonus are fine, but I find no plausible situation that a friend offers to pay or takes money for sex.

I'm with JBJ. Desperate people do desperate things. There's also the mercy fuck angle. Either one of these scenarios would be plausible, depending on the moral character of those involved.

A related story - a friend of mine works in a big national company with offices all over the country. He used to tell me about "thong girl", a young lady who worked in his office and was always bending over, "accidentally" showing him her thong. She progressed to screwing some of the upper managers (usually married with children.) It got so bad, she'd hand off her paperwork to others in the office so she could go to the motel to meet one of her bosses. Local managers caught on and tried to fire her, but the big bosses said "hands off."

Eventually her work performance deteriorated to the point that she was terminated - with a 3 months severance and moving expenses paid. She was supposed to sign a release form absolving the company from any liability that might arise in the future. She didn't. Now she's threatening blackmail (more moving expenses, a new car, yadda yadda.) In affect, she prostituted herself for financial gain, but she wasn't a prostitute. The "friend" angle is tenuous, but isn't that the way office romances start, as friendships, or drinking buddies?

(She was an accomplished drinker and partier. She'd talk about going to Vegas for the weekend and picking up a guy, and then having to march down to the front desk in the middle of the night to get condoms because she'd run out and her date didn't bring any. That was her idea of Monday morning water cooler conversation. Some people just really like to fuck. All they need is a good excuse.)

Another scenario that might be plausible would be a room mate who is short on rent money and willing to work out a friends-with-benefits deal to make up the difference.

One scenario I've had in mind for that kind of story is this. Friends are on a long trip, maybe skiing or a cruise or something, and a guy breaks his arm. He gets grumpier and crankier, and it's ruining the trip for everyone else. Someone suggests that maybe he'd be in a better mood if he could jerk off, and from there, one of them decides to take one for the team and give him some release so the rest of them can enjoy their vacation.

On the "doing a friend a favor" issue, I think a story could be built that wasn't depressing. For instance, two women are friends, one needs money for rent, the landlord suggests the rent can be covered if she acts as an accommodating escort for someone the landlord knows who will be in town for the weekend, is going to an event, needs someone to go with him, and then to accommodate him afterward. The woman's friend hears the pitch from another room. The woman says she can't do that. The woman's friend tracks the landlord down and says she'll do it (she has nothing against casual sex) if he forgives the woman's rent. In this scenario the woman need not even know her friend did this until later. The friend goes out with the visitor, he turns out to be much, much better than she expects, they have a ball and ball. Very nice sex scene for three. Woman's friend acquires a new, rich boyfriend and woman's rent is paid. Win-win. Nice, breezy little story.
