Well it would depend. Do I also get stuck with their ships and circumstances? Both Solo and Reynolds have tiny smuggling vessels, don't make much money, are wanted by the law, and are generally only scraping by. In contrast both Enterprises are virtually luxury liners, you have near unlimited food, regular work hours. a set chain of command, a series of rules to follow.

It would also depend on the circumstances, am I joining the Enterprise during a military conflict, or during peacetime exploration? Does Firefly have regular routes at that point?

There's too many factors to make just one decision. Besides which, there are too many potentially awesome Captains missing from the list.
