Maybe in the next round, it should be made clear that nominating in itself is actually a form of voting and that the number of "seconds" count in order to be on the ballot.

If that was stated somewhere, I must have missed it. Had I known I would have "seconded" several people, as their a third or fourth time.

I said in the first post that the person receiving the most nominations would go on the ballot. I thought it was clear from that that even if someone had been nominated, you should nominate them again. (aka "second")
