I posted this message at first in the General Board. People suggested this was a better place, so here's my request.
I am looking for a story from a few years ago, but I can't find it! Here are some details of the section I remember, any one of which may be wrong, but hopefully someone recognizes the story and saves me from more hours of searching.
Picture a female researcher who needs to study a primitive tribe in the Amazon (or other remote jungle-ish area). She (or another woman taking her place?) and a male guide (who is necessary because he has met the tribe leader before) travel for a long time. Eventually they reach the village they're looking for and it doesn't go well.
At some point in the story (but this isn't the whole story), they both get tied up naked between two posts/trees and left while the villagers play/mess with them. He's released but she's left there.
Other details that might help:
- I think this is a multi-part story, probably 10+ chapters?
- One of the women is Rebecca or Rachel or Deborah. I'm not sure if that's the researcher or the traveler (if they're separate)
- It's probably a combination of exhibitionist, nonconsent, anal and group, but I'm not sure which was the official designation.
