A local amber.

Do you really think that the type of car one drives gives an insight to their personality?

Mmmmm, pour me a flaggon.

Sure, a car speaks volumes. My years of driving a junker Jeep told plenty about me, especially with no doors & a kayak strapped on top. It's a form of visual rhetoric.

What was / is your favorite car?

My favorite car was a Plymouth Neon in Forest Green. It was my first brand new car I purchased with 4 miles on it. It handled well and I loved it. It was nice to finally have a car that I wasn't afraid of breaking down every few weeks.

Are you a numbers person or a words person?

I'd have to say mine...Silver Avenger...I say I am Black Widow on account of the fact that I have red hair and I am gonna love you like a black widow. ;).

Number and I don't mix... at all!

No question? ;) No worries - I'll ask one for you! :D

If you can wake up tomorrow with one new quality/talent/skill that you do not already possess, what would it be?

Ability to swim! swim, no question.

In general do you live for today or plan for tomorrow?

Plan for tomorrow. I'm told I plan too much. But I feel like I miss out if I don't plan.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Going back to school.

Are you where you saw yourself being in five years, five years ago?

Going back to school.

Are you where you saw yourself being in five years, five years ago?

For the most part, yes. There would be very little about my current life that my 5 years ago self would find surprising. While it's taken some interesting turns, and I've taken an opportunity that I didn't think I'd have, mostly I'm right where I want to be.
And even if you said 20 years, the answer would be about the same.

Which is more important to you, money or prestige?

Money. Can't survive on prestige.

What is one life lesson that has changed the way you act/feel/live?

As a teen I was on the debate team (yes, yes, jokes may commence now). We were in the hunt for a trophy, and it was the last debate of the day. I thought for sure we were losing the round, and didn't bring my "A-game" to the last speech. Turned out, we lost the round in that speech (it was tight, we were doing OK, but I dropped the ball).

I try to always bring my A-game now. No matter what. My friends and colleagues deserve it.

What was your most memorable failure?

Some of us spend our lives calculating risks so that we do not fail. I once had a boss tell me in a performance evaluation that I didn't know how to fail. He challenged me with the same question you are posing right now, and I couldn't answer it. Still can't.

Maybe that's because when I've not succeeded at something, I've recognized it was because I didn't really want it bad enough to make the effort to get it/achieve it/earn it. So, I don't see it as a personal failure, as much as I recognize it as my own laziness or apathy.

What is one thing that you wish you'd mastered?

(no way...really? :D That's awesome!)

Writing. But I keep trying...(I'm editing this morning, and then revising later today...)

What do you wish you'd tried when you were younger?

Sex. I tried it in my 20's actually. I was a total goody two shoes. :p

What would you agree to try sexually now, that you would have never said yes to when younger?

Well, breast play and sucking when she is lactating.

What sexual act have you tried that you were surprised you liked?

Yes - I edited it and added the question:
What's he most embarrassing/funny thing you've failed at when having sex?

It was actually pretty recent. I was adjusting hand-positioning during the final moments. And instead of using the bed, I put my hand kind of on the corner of a night stand...which I hadn't considered wouldn't hold my body weight. I pushed it over and simultaneously fell half off the bed. Even worse, my dick was having none of it and decided to cum anyway...just...everywhere, really.

I once dogsat for a friend the first time he'd ever left the dog alone. As soon as he left, that dog went nuts...jumping around and peeing fucking everywhere. I imagine I left similar patterns over various parts of my bedroom.

What was your most triumphant moment, sexually?

There was a weekend, many years ago, when my SO and I really clicked. It was part that I had learned what she needed, and it was part that she was finally comfortable enough with her own body and sexuality that she was able to just be in the moment and enjoy it. It was amazing and fantastic. It's happened a number of times since, but I'll always remember that weekend.

Is it OK to be sexually selfish sometimes?

I think it's completely ok in a relationship, as long as it's ok for one's partner to be sexually selfish an equal amount.

Would you do something sexually that you didn't really like, just to satisfy your partner?

It depends on what he wants.

What would you never agree to do in bed?

I wouldn't do anything that would cause either of us real pain (ie a bit of discomfort would be ok, if we were trying to achieve something).

What do you wish he or she would do to you in bed that he/she doesn't like doing?

Sit on my face.

Do you watch porn with your lover?

No I want porn alone....she doesn't approve.

Do you wonder what it would be like to win $1,000,000?
