I am an immigrant from Europe to Australasia and of course, I noted that there are ethnic tensions there… just like in my country… just like almost everywhere else …
But it took me a long while to pick that up because australians are so pc… Haven't lived in the US, but from the internet I have the impression that americans are in general more direct.

Surprise me? I don't know. The racial tensions in this country are so high that a video like this is bound to come down to race instead of just the ignorance of everyone involved. There were both white and black kids standing around with their cameras out, hoping something good would happen. And by good, I mean bad.

I guess I can see why they don't. A white guy shoots up a black church and there's media coverage and not as much universal outrage as their should be. Now there's a black teen assaulting a white teen and child and those commentors are calling for the extinction of an entire race.

I get the anger. That video was hard to watch and I want that teen to pay for her crimes, but talking about bringing Nazi concentration camps and segregation back? That shit is absurd.

People aren't outraged because a black teen attacked a white teen, they're outraged that someone would injure a toddler in order to do so. This is apparently the 2nd or 3rd incident this year where a toddler was harmed during a fight identical to this one.
