I can't help myself. Quick witted women are hard to find, but when I find them, they drive me crazy. I'm looking for someone to chat with over a long period of time, someone who enjoys the meandering flirtation of a place like lit, but who also enjoys being bent over a large mahogany desk and having her skirt hiked up over her hips.

The sex is exquisite when you know someone a little bit, don't you agree?

Anonymous is fun for a few hours, but brainless sex can be so fucking dull. I'd rather be off reading a book somewhere.

I suppose I'm rather persnickety that way.

"Persnickety" is such an awesome word. I'm also rather fond of "pedantic".

If you hadn't said 'mahogany' I had the perfect lady on here for you. She's an oak girl, but she'd settle for ash, oh well.

If the mahogany isn't farm-raised, this desk could be an absolute deal breaker.

Well that's just great.

We've lost to the allure of an entrepreneurial adventure.
::sigh::

This is how it is when a man has a thing for hard wood.

Sorry but if you'd rather be off reading a book, you're doing it wrong....Laughing

For a long time I've been married to a man who is so insecure, that he belittles me when I exhibit knowledge about or competence at something.

It's almost as if being capable is a bad thing. Well...I know it's not and I'm fixing the situation. Better late than never...I'll be single again soon. (Not soon enough)

I'm certain I'm not alone in my adoration of perceptive and capable women. Surely there is a bevy of men, like myself, who are bored with ignorance. Someone out there will not only not belittle your brain, but will relish in it.

Insecurity is an ugly thing. We've all been in that camp at different points, I'm sure.

Women are to be cherished, valued and protected, in my opinion. Feel free to fire away if your opinion is different.

When there is a relationship of two people, who independently make the choice to "have and hold" every day...to build up the other...it makes my life better. Color me selfish, but, If you are built up (genuinely, not manipulated)...my life gets better and better...right?

So, if you want to meet at the bar and have a drink and you know more about your world than I do...so be it! Maybe I'll learn something! Bring it on!

God, I fear I've written this horribly because it's a touchy subject to me...especially if it touches a friend.

:) no worries - not written horribly. Thank you - It made me feel much better. Like there may actually be life after this disaster... :D

Ugh, insecure people like this truly suck...

Sorry to hear you were dealt that hand, but so happy on your behalf that you're reshuffling your deck!

Here's to you finding someone who can appreciate your brilliance versus them trying to dull it by tossing dirt and ash on it.

I enjoy nothing better than being around folks that I can learn from and if they feel they can learn something from me, that's icing on the cake.

Yes but As long as she is bent over and wet and ready, I'm interested.

If she lets me clean her up afterward, then even better! If she wants to talk, that's ok too.
