Ok....I've read a few of the posts.

The ad for the building gave the totle square feet of 9640. But lets count that as above street level.

I will open a 1000 squr foot basement and a 1000 square sub basements for storage....so 9 up 1 down= 100 square feet for each floor.

I'm not sure I follow. The only thing on 248 East 49th St .

Would be that NON combat thread.

If you are in a combat action scene and you need to use an office in 248 East 49th St . Then it would stay on the main action thread.

248 East 49th St will only be for the safehouse CLEANERS Tavern and living area. The second floor offices Can be used for NON combat needs.

In other words Action stays with action (Macro veiw). 248 East 49th St is more MICRO veiw....just that building.

That might take the "s" out of our srp if all the socializing happens in a completely different thread. That's not to say that there won't be times when characters venture off to explore the city and socialize in other places. I'm just saying it might be cumbersome to juggle what goes where, but that's just my opinion.

I can see that. The s is important. But then again its a big city. Two players want to get it on somewhere else. Then 248 East 49th St is not in play. Also if some one don't like 248 East 49th St. They can continue on main thread.

248 East 49th St will ONLY be for those that want a off the feild action. NO ONE is required to use 248 East 49th St. It is there only as an option.
