So a few weeks before Gray was picked up and died, the police were pressured by the local Councilman and the City Prosecutor to TARGET that area with enhanced measures, including picking uo know drug offenders, etc

One of the officers that were directed was a Lt Rice

The Councilman of the district is married to the prosecutor.....the prosecutor is now a colored rock star for attacking and charging the POLICE WITH MURDER

SHAMEFUL!

BFD. Nothing will happen. The Left is immune from accountability and prosecution.

Baltimore bombshell memos! Defense says Mosby had role in Freddie Gray’s death

The same Baltimore state’s attorney who basked in the national spotlight after arresting six officers in the death of Freddie Gray, who died after being arrested in a police drug crackdown, was behind the order for the police crackdown in the first place, internal documents Baltimore Police memos show.

And State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby wanted extra cops on the very corner where the arrest took place.

The Baltimore PD memos, first reported by the Baltimore Sun and publicized nationally Tuesday night on Fox News’ “The Kelly File” are likely to complicate Mosby’s prosecution of the officers, who face charges ranging from false arrest to second-degree murder.

The memos were part of a defense motion to get Mosby removed from the case because she is a potential witness in the proceedings.

One of the motions reads, in part.

“It must be understood that Mrs. Mosby was directing these officers to one of the highest crime intersections in Baltimore City and asking them to make arrests, conduct surveillance, and stop crime,” the defense attorneys wrote. “Now, the State is apparently making the unimaginable argument that the police officers are not allowed to use handcuffs to protect their safety and prevent flight in an investigatory detention where the suspect fled in a high crime area and actually had a weapon on him.”

“She’s got some nerve challenging [the] arrest,” Kelly said Tuesday. “This document proves she knew it was a high-crime area, and she’s encouraging arrests!”

What it boils down to is Mosby’s office wanted a police crackdown on drug activity in the same neighborhood Mosby’s husband represents as a city councilman.

Whatever happened to Gray, and the public still doesn’t know how he died because Mosby’s office is keeping his autopsy report sealed, the case hinges in large part on the initial arrest.

Police officers who were complying with their superiors’ orders to carry out that crackdown arrested Gray, who had a history of drug dealing.

After Gray’s death, Mosby announced with great fanfare that the arrest itself was illegal because it was based on nothing more than suspicion.

In other words, Mosby wanted arrests, Mosby got arrests, and when things went bad, she charged her own police officers with making what she’s now calling an “illegal arrest.”

And she’s playing to the crowd the whole time.

If Mosby ends up on the stand in this case, the defense should tear her to shreds.

I'm certainly not a legal scholar, and I admit I don't know how these things exactly work, but if there's any way to disbar her then those proceedings should start immediately. And if there's sufficient evidence to show that she's hindered this case in any way whatsoever she should do prison time.

Do you think if somebody ordered you to be arrested, that you would end up dead?

Jeez, the stupidity is just shocking sometimes.

Do you think you would end up being arrested if you'd not broken the law to start with? Or rather had a politician that played the system leading to your death? Very few people outside of Mosbey's office know exactly how Freddie Green died because her office will not release the autopsy report. If there's factual evidence that shows authorities did indeed have a provincial hand in his death then they should all pay a price...ALL of them should pay a price.

I wonder what kind of treatment Dennis Hastert got when he was arrested.

The law he is alleged to have broken really annoys me. But, the courts have upheld it several times. It seems intrusive to me. But... criminals... then terrorists.
