Porn or hentai with good character development ?

A lot of stories on Literotica are long. So long they could be novels. In most of these long stories, the development is slow, with a lot of teasing, or thinking involved before two characters even kiss each other. That makes the moment when they finally get together and do each other even more fulfilling.
But I can't find anything like that in porn, or in hentai, it's always sex, sex, sex, and more sex, with no character development at all... Please tell me at least one of you found something like this

First, as a general rule that just makes those stories boring as fuck. Every so often you stumble on something that was a good novel and then threw in some porn almost as fan service but that's the freak occurance not the norm.

I don't think you'll ever find TRUE porn or hentai that is anything like that. You can find plenty of Ecchi like that though. As for actual porn the closest you might find is some of the parody stuff in my experience or going back to 80's porn but. . .I can't recommend doing that unless you hate yourself but lots of 80s porn had real stories and plots.

Some manga is more likely to rock your boat with some story and also hot sex, if you're willing to change mediums to comics rather than stick only with video. For a range of hentai manga to please all and sundry - somewhat vanilla to all the the extremes of what your freakish minds could conjure - I'd recommend Fakku to begin. It tends towards the short stories though, more of the single sexual encounters but they're more often a person than ONLY a mash of body parts fucking.

Just be willing to get comfortable with Japanese culture. If you're okay with less hardcore and more story, joseii manga (targeted at mature women) might be your cup of tea. There is story and character development here.
