I vote for jizz. While I have seen jizz in many stories, I have never seen jis or giz.

"jism" is in the Urban Dictionary too--but the OP asked about "jizz" which is also in the Urban Dictionary (amusingly, though, the OP posted that the four-letter "jizz" was a short form of the four-letter word "jism" ).

From a reading POV I don't care between Jizz, Jism, jiz....but tell you what, the word "spunk" can be enough for me to lose interest, just one of those words that make me go "ugh"

The ole British porn I have seen refers to "spend" which also has a totally different and non-porn meaning.

IIRC, when I went looking I wasn't able to determine any one true spelling. I suppose that's the way it is with impolite slang. I had to leave a note to myself to use "jism" just to make sure I stayed consistent. I suppose for the m-less version I would have to go with "jizz".
