Incest Story - Need plot brainstorming on a coming of age tradition.

Hi all,

I'm looking to develop a story line and I could use some help nailing down the plot. I've always wanted to tackle a story from the angle of an 'alternate reality.' Not sci-fi, alien or anything funky, but more of a family dynamic that doesn't exist today.

Essentially, the basics are: a coming of age story in which a pretty young girl participates, by choice, in a family ritual through which she will end up with one of her family members. Maybe it's:
- a competition of some sort, or
- her choice through some kind of selection/dating process, or
- a hierarchy where she's promised to someone (maybe a dad or brother breaks the rules?)or
- I'm open to her having sex with multiple members of the family as part of her decision.

Does any of that sound interesting to people here? Does one plot sound more engaging or believable than the next? I'd love to get some feedback or ideas along the lines of what I've proposed. Then I'll develop a plot and take off with it!

I did one where there was a family tradition that the mother sleeps were her son on his eighteenth Christmas. It was to just be that night and never again after that.

If a daughter was involved then it was the father on her etc....

How about a family tradition where each girl, on her eighteenth birthday, gets instructed in sexual technique by her mother.... and using all her male relatives as practice? First her mother teaches her to give her brother a handjob. Then how to give her other brother a blowjob. Then how to fuck her father. Then how to take anal from her uncle..... and etc until she runs out of relatives (or holes).

I was thinking on the same lines as this! But have it set in like an Amish community or some kind of Tribal community where the girl, after turning 18 is arranged to be married...but first is put through some rigorous instructions and sexual lessons on the many ways to please her husband to be. Those communities usually have large families in which to learn from...

I had an idea that was similar to carnevil's:

Essentially, a family exists that is very open about sex but doesn't allow any of their kids to have sexual relationships until they are 18 and have spent a month with a sexual mentor chosen from their relatives (uncles aunts or older cousins, mostly) it's a very open month and very consensual: the mentee has to call their parents once every few days, the mentor is not allowed to just use the mentee for sex, the mentee instead has open discussions with their mentor and when they ask about a topic, the mentor will demonstrate it with them. Of course, the point is so their kids will have a good first time and be able to experience sex with someone who loves them, not to find a permanent partner...though it's not frowned on for them to hook up with their mentors at family gatherings, or to share what they've learned with other family members afterwards.

Of course, the fun comes from variables getting thrown in, like when the first openly gay or bisexual daughter or son comes of age, or if step kids get involved

I immediately thought of a spin on droite de seigneur, but instead of whatever nobleman is lying about, the young lady must lose her virginity to the current patriarch of the family with much primpling, and ceremony.

A lot of good ideas to get this thing going, if anybody cares to answer a few more questions, I'm full of them:

- As far as the mentor story goes strangebuddy, I like it! but I'm unclear on whether the mentor is intended to have sex with the female lead in the end or not?
- shelbubbles, carnevil and sirhugs I think touched upon a direction I could see this going as well. It's a ceremony of sorts and the building of the story is in the progression to sex during a series of days where the female protagonist is eventually to end up with one of her family members. My own story style fills in some of the blanks, but I have even more plot to flesh out:
- Because I mostly write stories with significant passion between the female and who will eventually take her virginity, I think perhaps she might discover through the days leading up to her choice that she wanted someone in particular all along (probably dad or brother) but how might the order and what she's expected to do with each family member be set?
-does any of this taking place in front of family.members entice anyone here?
- Finally, how might pregnancy play into it if I wanted to ho that route?

Free to answer any of the questions, it's all good food for thought.

The Mentee is expected to lose their virginity to their mentor by the end of the month. However, if they want to learn more they can . Also, while the mentor can't force the mentee, the mentor is expected to sleep in the same bed as them and, if the mentee isn't showing any initiative after the first week, the mentor can do a few things to help thing along.

For example, they can require the mentee and themselves to walk around naked while they are at home and heavy petting is encouraged by the family if nothing has happened after a couple of weeks.
