Actually probably to warm for them. They would rather it be under 50 and probably more like 45 or so. It's the parents that want it warmer.

Yea, that would kill them at the pace they keep in races. They run 6 + miles a day during the summer no matter how hot it is tho

I read a book by this guy who ran extreme marathons in death valley. I think his name was Dean something with a K? Kuntz maybe? It's craziness. Your team should read it.

My children are driving me batty!! Quick, someone come distract me!! Hope everyone is having a nice day on this wonderful Friday. Today has been okay here. It'll be even better if I can convince my mother in law to take a kid or two overnight. I'm currently hiding in the driveway to escape the monsters, I mean kiddos. I need a break!

I think it sounds good. I'm not much of a beer drinker but I like hard apple cider and malt liquor. I have some Reds but it's not cold.
