A lot of people were against the death penalty because they want him to spend his life in jail and suffer....
Well the death penalty is a compromise because for some reason that I will never understand people spends years and years on death row so...he gets plenty of time to "suffer" then dies.
That is of course if Obama doesn't pardon him on his way out in 2016

I did hear however, that he will not be killed by lethal injection, but will be handed a knife and someone is going to read your stories to him until he slits his own throat.
There is an appeal though citing that even he doesn't deserve to suffer that much.
