That would make two of us since second quarter (estimated) taxes aren't due until 15 June. Unless someone has your power of attorney, if you don't remember writing a check, I'd be very interested in finding out how they were paid. Are you suffering from an early onset of Old-Timers disease?

Same thing happened to me a few years back, so I asked my accountant to request a formal accounting of quarterly taxes paid for the past 12 months. It took the IRS seven months to get back to me with "whoops!". I paid anyway, because I knew I hadn't.
