Wanna hear a sad story? One of the boys I've taken in. I'm an actual legal guardian for him. Such a long story. But basically him and his parents got into a fight and he asked for a couple days a way and they said "fine, just move out" I showed up and they packed all his stuff into my truck. Fast foward 8 months. He's a Senior in High School so at the end of the year, they have to do what is called a Senior Presentation. Basically a recap of your years in High School and what your plans for the future are. You are graded on this, It's a big deal and if you don't pass this, it can hinder your chances for graduation. My youngin did this presentation yesterday and I was there as his "Parent". He passed with flying colors and I took a picture like a proud Mom would and posted it on Facebook. His Dad comments "awesome job!!" So I said "Did you see that your Dad posted?" he says "He did? what did he say?" So I showed him. He says "yeah, he has me blocked so I don't see his comments" and showed me his phone. Sure enough, his comments don't show for him.
What the hell kid of parent blocks their kid on Facebook??? So he's basically commenting on my picture to look like a Proud Daddy even though his own kid can't see these comments.
I was so mad I said "Are you fucking kid[ding me? Is he 12 or what? " and stomped down the stairs.
I took the boys shopping for some new clothes to cure my anger lol

LOL you have no idea. I have serious save the world issues. My husband jokes with me all the time that I don't take in stray animals, I take in stray people.
I also have an adult roommate. One of my old Co-workers who needed a place to live and was trying to live out of his car. Here comes Sassy to save the day. He's lived with us a year. My family loves him to death. He even calls me Mom. Started as a joke cause my kids said he was like a brother to them and whenever he'd pick on them, my kids would yell "Moooooom!!" so he started doing it back. The kids thought it was so funny, it just stuck. Poor guy. I worry about him as much as my own kids, any time he travels to visit his brother I tell him to text me and let me know he made it ok.

The boys are living at our other house right now which is across the street from his parents and his Dad is showing how hurt he is by calling his son names when he comes outside. So we are keeping track of everything he does. Since he is across the street, he has been known to be an ass to the boys.
