Funny you say this...I was rejuvenating my love of grilled cheese & chorizo sandwiches last night, looked in the fridge and saw that I hadn't used my über spicy Lan Chi Black Bean Chili Sawse in a while...

...so I put it on them thar bread slices afore grilling...wooof, that's the pepper kick. Devoured 'em.

Gotta be careful not to overdo it, though. The sauce is really concentrated and meant to daubed, not glommed. Too much will send you running for the hills. The porcelain throne hills, that is.
