APRIL 27--A Texas grand jury has declined to indict a woman who was arrested last year for allegedly breaking into the home of a friend of her husband’s and sexually assaulting the man while he slept, court records show.

State prosecutors this month filed a motion to dismiss a felony charge brought last October against Megan Hoelting. The court action was triggered when a Williamson County grand jury “No Billed” the case against the 31-year-old Hoelting.

A District Court judge subsequently ordered the dismissal of a criminal complaint accusing Hoelting (seen at right) of burglarizing a home with the intent of committing a sexual assault.

Since grand jury deliberations are secret, it is unknown how the panel reached its decision to reject the case against Hoelting, who reportedly confessed to the home invasion.

Proof? That isn't even admissible evidence old bean.

It is sad that increasing court proceedings are being held in secret in the USA and Britain, that should your real concern ;)

I know women have more rights b/c I grew up basically addicted to media... Not porn; Normal movies & TV.

You look at any "mainstream" movie/show rating, & if it says "nudity", you know it's gonna be the guy. Same with watching any TV show any night... Even if they have a sex scene, they're gonna show FAR more of the woman than the man... Yet people on a bajillion sites complain there aren't enough good parts for women on TV. (Not only are their an increasing number of shows with leads like "Scandal", "How To Get Away With Murder", "Veep", & now "Jane The Virgin", but even on the shows with amazing parts played by amazing actresses, the only parts they show are those of the men!!)
