I'm just trying to understand the Larry Reid connection. I don't often agree with Vette's threads, but I'd be surprised if he was implying that a police officer was fabricating evidence.

By drawing parallels between their injuries, and implying that they has some sort of altercation, it seems that was what he was saying. I'm just asking for clarification before I comment.

Obviously, his lips were moving when he made a statement about his injuries. I have no idea who Reid got in a scuffle with. Reid fancies himself at 70 or whatever a pugilist. Lots of tough guy talk out of him. He and Cowslinger would get along famously.

I took Vettes OP as tongue in cheek and responded in kind.

My point only was if he got in a fight with family, plenty of issues to squabble about. The Reid family is famously corrupt. Seems like there was a deal on some land recently that family members had been cut in or cut out of so that the good Senator would be distanced so it would look like it wasn't what it was, an illegal payoff for an energy department loan.
