Not to put too fine a point on things, but I notice that the landlord hadn't even so much as walked past the old place with an authoritarian look in her eyes when you decided to abandon it for this quickly built subirban tract home with no landscaping.

We just keep the grass below the knees, and pick up the weeklies from the front step.

Oh, I know all about that bit of recent history. I also know that once the initial pruning was done, the powers-that-be have been a bit lenient, especially with threads that are mostly text and don't contaion vast amounts of attachedpics and graphics.
