I thought of that but my neighbors are the sweetest people. I just can't imagine anyone hating them.

I worried that maybe it has something to do with me being a rat and turning in someone who committed a crime.

Not a wrong number because he said "keep an eye on the >>>>>>> back yard"... He said my neighbor's last name. he knows where I live and it was deliberate.

Someone used another person to evade paying taxes. He used a homeless vulnerable person who was desperate for money. This scum bag hired the homeless person to unload trains on the docks, placed all of his own work hours in this indigent person's name and then every week when the check was cut, took the homeless guy to the bank, had him cash the check, gave the poor guy a few bucks and took the rest for himself. I reported him to the IRS. They investigated but the homeless guy said he wasn't a rat and wouldn't tell the IRS investigators the person's name or confirm whether it happened! I have no idea if they have been able to find other evidence to catch this person. I just know this guy is a nasty person.
