I just hope it answers Anon UK's (obviously not their real username) continual questions. I must get on average five PM's per day from them and the really weird thing is, they are supposed to be in the UK where I am. It does cause a bit of a dilemma knowing they could be someone you personally know. And, in that case I will somehow have them traced like the hacker who hacked my pics over a year ago. I just hope they read this and take warning...

Some of the chilling dangers of exposing your picture in your signature which I may have to remove. But, it is like closing the stable door after the horse has bolted

When I worked for a start up it was similar. While I enjoyed the work, I didn't enjoy not having free time for me, so when the chance came to sell I took it. I'm much happier with my weekends back for me time!

Our clients are small busineses competing with big fish who get by on their name rather than quality. We help the smaller companies more reliable on QA products. Where the big companies you can blow the dust off their quality manuals. It is amazing how the big companies survive. No thought for customers or their product and service standards at all. So we strengthen the small companies so they become customer orientated and provide better services and products

It's slowly working Already we have shall we say several clients And they are getting stronger by the day with some getting orders that the big fish used to supply...

We are only a small "team" and it is my job to kick start them on Kaizen methods of teamwork and such. You will be surprised how well this Japanese methodology actually works Management and workers working together as teams and making the required improvements slowly at first, but the methods are getting there One client in engineering doubled their order intake in just three weeks because their inspectors started doing their jobs properly. The product they were manufacturing improved so much, their rejection rate reduced by over 25%

Their customers obviously wanted more from them than the larger suppliers who did not make any improvements and can't because they simply don't know how. Based on the idea that the product has always been that way and no room for improvement ??? What kind of thinking is that A huge company and no room for improvement? So our railways don't run so good because of that?

I just got done watching one of those specials on highlights from Saturday Night Live (SNL)

This SNL was the best of the women. Omg. I forgot how hilarious such skits as 'Colonel Angus' and 'Schweaty Balls' were. FUNNNNNYYYY!!!

Ham and pineapple pizza for dinner I must get TRT a job He is spending too much time shopping in the supermarkets getting ready meals His illness, mild epilepsy which is under control should not stop him getting back into construction/surveying. I will admit though, apart from his shopping habits, he is bonding with our girls again now I am not around as much.

Finding child minders, especially for our younger two would be no problem. There seems to be a lot around that are approved Besides, they will spend quite a lot of time in school And, already our eldest has attached herself to her b/f family. In all what I am saying is, we are settling down quite well since returning to the UK. I just have to convince my Mum that we have a home here with us, either a nice little cottage (modern) or even part of our house all to herself.

Two houses, both where we come from in Derbyshire for putting on the housing market will bring us a great income Just hoping it "pulls off" as we say

Hi warl0ck my love ... I hope the day goes well for you and your son The parade sounds fun. We don't really have those kind of things where I am because it is very quiet and rural. I don't think the local soccer clubs do anything like that, besides it is now coming up the close of season for most UK soccer teams and the local teams are not as popular as the big clubs in the UK, like Manchester United

Soccer is big in our area until you get in highschool we do have a local team but they have only a light following. Baseball is still very popular and American football is king here.

There is a small following of American football here in the UK, usually televised on a Sunday nights when it is in season ending with the Superbowl at the end of every January. But only a selected few follow it. It does not dominate the sports channels like soccer or any other "in season" sport like Wimbledon tennis, the second biggest following sport. Soccer dominates everything, including World and European soccer during the summer months
