Yesterday, Monday April 13th I had to drive out to one of our furthest clients so far in Dorset. We will go forward using and not forgetting the practices that we preach :) We can deliver our service without over-charging the customer on the strength of our company name. This will be our company aim. To be small and grow to what is required to meet our customer needs.

We are small at present, and if business remains at that level with little or no growth then we loose nothing too big :) If we gain business, then we grow with it. Unfortunately the policy we have does have disadvantages. If we loose business beyond growth, then our own employees will suffer by cuts due to not being required, so part of our policy is; be good, be the best and grow stronger with the team. The team? The company of course. We are all part of the team:)

By the way, the method we, the team employs, originates in Japan. We try not to get carried away with too much terminology that over-night our students suddenly start speaking Japanese :D :D
