I'm not speaking for him but from a d/s perspective. If you are following his instructions then you understand the risks and TRUST that he won't put you in a highly compromising position in which your limits are reached. Thanks for your input LOtus, you are quite right. My interest is in a submissive that is willing and enjoys performing tasks in and around the public at large. That said, I would never want that sub to be in a situation that could potentially cause them problems with the law or instigate dangerous situations with strangers.
Down blouse, up-skirt, showing personal items in public, or leaving items for others to find are my interests. The more people around the better, for effect, and safety. Accidentally on purpose is the preferred method, The more daring is the turn on. Safety is the priority at all times.

Nothing says you have to get caught to bring me/us pleasure and excitement from the task, sometimes it's the risk taking that does it. There can be tasks that will assure being caught, but still no worry of legal problems or issues. Consider the wardrobe malfunction, one of my favorites, most easily used to expose a breast or nipple. Pick the right target, one who will appreciate the view and consider his day made!
