So what is unequal pay?

We must be talking about family owned business where Sis and Junior start out with executive pay with no experience. I wont work for family owned because non-family are always shit on by family.

But almost anywhere else has defined pay and benefits. WALMART pays shit but all employees earn the same shit.

As I said, plenty of people get fucked over with pay and benefits, but where I see it happening is with family owned business and places where special interest groups run the show.

Like with the state. When I worked for the state my agency recruited blacks, strapped rockets to their backs, and fired them off from the In door clear to the Exit door. It looked divine on paper. Lotsa black hiring, plenty of promotions, and the number of black employees never changed....they were promoted out the door. The place was really a lesbian reservation. All real promotions went to lesbians. Males handled the violent asshole problems. And so long as we didn't care, they left us alone. The lesbians were fucking animals with each other.

That said, around here, teachers want the same money MDs make. They believe theyre entitled to 180K per year for 10 months of toil. But no on-call por favor! Teachers make more money than cops, here.
