my initila thought was the TUSC (trade uinion socialist coalition) until the local unison bod, who reckons to be the local organiser, didnt have a clue who the tusc were are what they stood for! UNISON are cunts. simple as that.

In the UK your vote only counts if you are in a marginal seat. Most seats are safe Conservative or Labour. If you live in one of the safe seats, you could vote for the Flying Spaghetti Monster. It wouldn't make any difference.

its not about idealism its about people taking control their local councillor / mp by the scrotum or labia depedant on its gender and/or pain threshold.

politics isnt about perception, if it was we would be refering to deprevation not austerity.

Count me in too as safe Tory seat* - I'd vote TUSC if they stood here, but as it is it will be Green again, with the only leader in British political history able to make Miliband look decisive and confident.

*Even if we had AV, as the referendum proposed, it would make no difference here - the Tory always gets above 50%. They pretty much weigh the votes.
