Ruth Bader Ginsberg refuses to resign from the Supreme Court because the GOP wont approve anyone as liberal as she is, tho the GOP approved her when Clinton picked her for the Court. So she'll hang on till she dies in office. Could be any time. I look for it after 2016 when Obama is long gone. The new GOP President will likely pick her replacement as well as Scalia's and Breyers, leaving the faggette's, Kagan and Sotomayor, to carry the liberal banner to the attic.
