okay, this seems serious.
A few questions
1) what kind of work do you do?
2) why do you need a zipper down the back?
3) Do you like things tight or loose?
4) what do you want this dress to accomplish?
5) are you short or tall?
6) do you wear heels, flats or boots?
7) are you plus sized?
8) how much do you want to spend?
9) does it need to be machine washable?
10) Do you spill stuff or have kids or animals who spill stuff on you?
11) Why a dress?
anything else?
You left off:
Will there be sticking involved?
Seriously though...most important thing is the site's return policy.
I noticed in your bio you mention you are curvy....have you checked out Lane Bryant?
Too much zipper.
If you're going to go DvF, just get a wrap dress.
Hugs every curve just right, makes every woman look fabulous.
...I'd include a pic, but all I can find is rail-thin women wearing them. What a waste.
Having curves doesn't necessarily mean plus-size.
But it means not petite and many places on line don't offer a lot for "curves" so LB is a good place to look.
When I was in college I was a very curvy petite at least in my upper body, I have long legs. Size 6 or 8P 34DD. This was before tons of implants and vanity sizing.
Petite sizing is shorter in length in torso/arms/legs, and doesn't usually go up to plus size but sometimes.
the tricky part isn't finding a dress that fits.. it's finding a dress that fits with a full-length zipper up the back. I agree that a wrap dress is typically very flattering.
The OP clearly wants the front of the dress to say "professional at work", but the back to say "let's play doctor".
