Black lives don't matter. Another unarmed teen dead.

"Unarmed" does not mean "defenseless" or "compliant."

Given that all of the other such incidents have been proven to be bullshit by even Holder's racially biased Justice Department I am not going to bother to look at the details and assume it is a good shooting unless and until a grand jury indicts and a jury convicts.

/thread.

Firstly, I said varied races. Don't try to spin this with your ignorant, bullshit rhetoric. What I said was clear.

OHHH you meant VARIOUS races...you just can't English worth a fuck. I get it now.

See you said varied races...meaning us mutts/mixed "pieces of shit".

I don't care what color the skin, gender or creed is of the particular piece of shit in question.

So non cop citizens are pieces of shit now? Awesome...what's your badge number?

Its about making good decisions. I don't make decisions that require a member of law enforcement to approach me with caution.

LOL yea it's your decision making....said the white woman.

I'm looking forward to it.

I bet you are....:D

You know what, you're right. I chose the incorrect word. Thanks for clarifying.

What happened to this thread? It was fun a minute ago!

Wait.

No, I'm in the wrong thread.

Given that you will not read anything from an "unapproved source" why would I bother with the huffington post?

Since I am not going to click why don't you tell me if that is the grand jury convened for the incident described in this thread. No? OK then.

Nope...and the point was, egghead....that sometimes grand juries are fucked up, sometimes cops fuck up, probably far more often than should ever happen...You made a jab at holder, yet had no problem with the horrific way Michael Brown was handled.

And here you are wrong again, I never said I wouldn't read something from those sources... but I wanna see the viewpoint from major media outlets, NOT blogs from some right wing looneys. I called miles specifically on his thread because I wanted to see an alternative viewpoint..then because he claimed there were stories from cnn etc...when I asked him to show me, he got belligerent, which is what I expected. He also failed to produce any, which I also expected.

Don't be condescending to me cueball.

Like his chickenshit Marine buddy, Miles sure can talk the talk. Backing up his bluster? Not so much.

First, that is ABC news and no one trusts those right-wing nutjobs.

Second pointing out that the dead guy has a history of violent crime and the police would have known that and reacted to the slightest perceived threat to protect themselves is out of bounds. It is racist to bring up the otherwise relevant prior criminal acts if the person with a criminal history is black.

I am sure The GIF artist, formerly known as Zumi will be along shortly to bring the verity smack-down in pictorial form with interpretive dance.

If you have a point to make, and the above was neither a good one or particularly relevant, make the point. Do not make a veiled smirk with a link I am not going to click.

Brown, and more to the point the officer was handled exactly according to our system of jurisprudence. It went before a grand jury. Grand juries routinely return true bills on questionable cases. This one not questionable. The President himself, and his Attorney General both publicly questioned it despite, I am sure having a better briefing than you or I on the grand jury proceeding. If they had a GLIMMER of misconduct they would have brought federal charges with a quickness.

The side STILL advancing that narrative despite ACTUAL evidence has nothing.

They back up their bullshit with yet more bullshit. Why would they even begin to think they're taken seriously? I also can't imagine why query would want to align himself with them, surely he can't be THAT desperate for approval....could he?

Of all the people on this board are you seriously seeking Rob's approval? Really?

I didn't realize you felt that ostracized. I'll try to be nicer to you.

I did make a point, dumbass. You really are one stupid human being... and that is NOT because you started a parody thread before I got the chance to.

The rest of your post was just ridiculous. I tell ya, the more time you spend here, the more like vette you get....that's not a good thing.

You skipped the link... so you base your knowledge on what you know....which is jack shit, Mr. Constitution.

Ya really have no reading/comprehension abilities.... seek help for your narcissism..

Your link is not facts, it is opinion and conjecture about an incident that is already a settled matter of law.

In this case it is not even a matter of double jeopardy attaching. There was no initial jeopardy because he was fully justified in the actions he took.

Pretending you get to pile this on the heap of perceived injustices as a matter of factual information doesn't make it factual.

Is OJ guilty of murder, or not?

I love how you use the forum as your own personal word-a-day calender. That might be a fun game. "Which vocabulary word that Cowslinger saw today will he misuse?"

See? wrong again. It's painfully obvious you did not read the article. One of your thangs is to try and make what YOU think, into facts... that's what vette does all the time.. and he's treated the way he is for that reason.

bullet points you skipped...but hey, you're right.....those things ain't important..

. Wilson washed away blood evidence.

Investigators failed to measure the likely distance between Brown and Wilson

Investigators did not test Wilson’s gun for fingerprints.

Wilson did not immediately turn his weapon over to investigators after killing Brown.

An initial interview with investigators was delayed while Wilson traveled to the hospital with his superiors.

Wilson’s initial interview with the detective conflicts with information given in later testimony.

I was going to do some research about lynchings, but I decided that I'm not going to bother to look at the details and assume they were all good lynchings except for the ones that resulted in convictions.

I have a feeling thing that this thread is really going to be what solves racial divides.

Yeah, you're right...none of that pertains to you.

None of those issues would get you an indictment if the evidence you hope might have been found was as damming as you imagine. Much less a conviction. You leave off from your little list (as did your source) exculpatory evidence which was plentiful.

Same disservice to justice that the same shrill voices including the prosecutor in the Zimmerman made in that case. If not for prosecutoral misconduct the Zimmerman grand jury would not have returned a true bill. It is required that you present all exculpatory material known along with those things that tend to suggest a crime may have been committed.

You do not get to exclude exculpatory evidence and exculpatory evidence should be considered with all due gravity. This is what differentiates our system from Kangaroo courts.

I was going to do some research about lynchings, but I decided that I'm not going to bother to look at the details and assume they were all good lynchings except for the ones that resulted in convictions.

Oh, really? You know of any actual lynchings in the classical definition of the term where the person doing the lynching was known, he was brought before a grand jury and it was determined that the lynching was lawful?

Delivering an analogy in a funny, snarky way only works if the analogy is analogous.
