Ive met a few women that I have chatted with here on lit, although it kinda made the usual progression of lit, then months on yahoo... then finally meeting. But I have to say I havent had a bad experience yet. My advise would be to follow that same route, this is the internet after all lol.

It's hard to find the local awesome lit people, though. Between the threads for different areas being split up all over the place and oudated, and people not necessarily putting geographic information in their profile location (guilty!), it takes work and lots of searching threads.
You can either have your sexy online flings (Lit) or go find people to have drinks with (dating sites). Having both at once is, as said earlier, rare.
Guess I'm rare then.
