Experts: Hillary Broke The Law

What about the Israeli prime minister lecturing our Congress on foreign policy, and getting standing ovations?

Don't find anything wrong with it, huh?

If your post were even close to being on the subject of this thread, I would say I don't.

THat's because you're a fuckin moron too. How you can not find that a problem shows what a spectacular idiot you and the others are.

As for why I posted it here, it was ignored in the real thread about it...what a surprise.

You really are too stupid for words. He was there at the invitation of the Speaker of the House, who can invite anyone he pleases to speak to Congress. Being a co-equal branch of government he doesn't have to get permission from the President either. Democrats are pissed that Bibi brought this weak deal and the ramifications to the American people. The speech bypassed the MSM who would have hidden those weaknesses and ramifications from the American people in hopes of protecting the Democrat brand.

Don't talk down to me. You're an idiot. The fact that it wasn't against the law to invite him doesn't mean he should. If the Democrats or someone else who's views didn't gibe with your own had come, you'd be having a coronary.

This asshole rolled in and dictated what our foreign policy should be. The fact that you think it's a good idea shows incredible stupidity.

The invitation to Netanyahu was a departure from normal procedure, in which the executive branch — and not a legislative leader — would coordinate the visit of a head of state. The White House said the invitation was a breach of typical diplomatic protocol, according to the Associated Press

Hillary Clinton Used Personal Email Account at State Dept., Possibly Breaking Rules
By MICHAEL S. SCHMIDTMARCH 2, 2015

WASHINGTON — Hillary Rodham Clinton exclusively used a personal email account to conduct government business as secretary of state, State Department officials said, and may have violated federal requirements that officials’ correspondence be retained as part of the agency’s record.

Mrs. Clinton did not have a government email address during her four-year tenure at the State Department. Her aides took no actions to have her personal emails preserved on department servers at the time, as required by the Federal Records Act.

Looks like Hillary and her ever present taint of corruption has alarmed some notable liberals:

Maybe Hillary Clinton Should Retire Her White House DreamsMaybe she doesn't want to run in 2016, top Democrats wonder. Maybe she shouldn't.

March 3, 2015 Perhaps Hillary Rodham Clinton shouldn't run for president.

Maybe she should stay at the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation, where the former secretary of State could continue her life's work of building stronger economies, health care systems, and families. Give paid speeches. Write best-selling books. Spend time with Charlotte, her beloved granddaughter.

It was not the usual way of doing things but it is not illegal and, in this specific instance, was the best way. The PM knows his nation is the first place Iran would hit if and when they get nukes, and is obviously concerned about being thrown under the bus, which I believe Obama would have no problem doing.

I do not trust the POTUS to do the right thing for this country, and the current one is probably the first I have ever described in that way.

And somewhere in Washington that nut job Elizabeth Warren is giggling as if she she found an authentic arrowhead from her tribe. Those in the know were well aware Hillary used her personal email account to forward and receive official State Department documents and solicit contributions for the Clinton Foundation. The fact that this news is coming to light now seems to indicate (at least to me) that this was a political hit from either the Democratic establishment or from inside the White House itself. There is absolutely no love whatsoever directed from BHO towards the Clintons and vice versa. At 70 years old Hillary is seen to have too much baggage and the current leaks are a strategic, pre-emptive and surgical strike to any presidential aspirations she holds. Those who make such decisions have tapped Warren as the Democratic candidate; she has the establishment's, and Obama's, blessings and will head the ticket in 2016.

I'm sure those upset by this were just as upset when Republicans did it......right?

Experts: Hillary Broke the Law
8:37 AM, MAR 3, 2015 • BY DANIEL HALPER

A CNN reporter, citing experts, said that Hillary Clinton broke the law by using her personal email account to conduct official State Department business while she was secretary of state.

"This is a very big deal," Brianna Keilar said to host Chris Cuomo. "And you said she may have broken laws or rules here, Chris, well a lot of experts say that she did by using only a personal account while she was secretary of state. This is a huge development, especially as Hillary Clinton is just perhaps weeks from declaring her candidacy for president."

"So her spokesperson says that she, while using this personal account, was adhering to the spirit and the letter of the law, but consider this: President Obama for instance he has a government email account. This is for a couple of reasons. Because it's secure and also for the preservation of historic records. She used only her personal account, and that means she and her aides have tremendous discretion when it comes to the preservation or handing over of documents for certain things, say Benghazi or other issues where documents may be needed."

Keilar went on to suggest other Democrats might be tempted to run for president after this latest revelation.

This is going to be ever so much fun, watching vette and the others between now and election time as they fall into a trance, speak in tongues and generally show us how such vile American traitors should be brought into the light. The howls will get louder, more strident, the supposed "illegal" scenarios perpetrated by Mrs. Clinton more heinous and far fetched as they become even less credible.

*smell of popcorn and sound of soda pouring into a glass*

Yes indeed, this will be the best entertainment so far this century.

Ah, well. Hillary has so much baggage already, a little more shouldn't make much difference.

The Speaker didn't break the law?

I'll take "The Logan Act" for $1000 Alex.

Nice deflection. Disparage the people who bring the issue to light and ignore the guilty party.

So typical.

:rolleyes::rolleyes:
