There was a show called A Thousand Ways to Die. It was mostly about people doing dumb things but some of it was also just the weird such as being roasted alive in an industrial clothes dryer by accident.

One of the ways to die was what you said. The guy was a recovering alcoholic. His wife made sure he never had a single drink but he begged her to use an enema. Obviously, since the blood vessels are right there, he died of alcohol poisoning fairly quickly.
