Good morning and Happy Pancake/French Toast Sunday!

I couldn't decide this morning, so I though I'd do both. :D It's looking like a pretty good day here for me, though there will be snow once again. :mad: It's like once a week I've been getting snowstorms. If any one has a line in to Ma Nature, can you tell her to knock it off already and get spring here just a little sooner? Please? Other than that, it should be a good day here in the Daddy M house. I go for an eye exam this afternoon and hopefully new glasses, yay! It's been 2 years and sadly, I need new ones for my eyes are getting worse. Sigh.

I made the kinds of pancakes this morning: plain, with peanut butter chips, and blueberries. Yum!

Dessert after breakfast is always fun! :devil:

INL is jealous. I shouldn't tell her that I had leftover and stale bread, made bread pudding for breakfast, guests and family put powdered sugar and real NY maple syrup on it, ate it like baked French toast.

On a similar note, apparently today was National Pancake Day, and I found out too late to really post anything here. :( Oh well, I guess y'all will have to wait until Sunday...
