As bad as ours was when the sun rose Thursday morning, it's been high enough a bove freezing to make much of it go away. Wednesday's forecast: 68*F and rain. Go figure.

Too bad such a beautiful woman chose to place such a tattoo on her virtually perfect body.

Yeah, I know. :(

Maybe more shopping, and dressing like Barbie:

I'm glad I moved out of the mountains proper. The accumulation at altitude is approaching 60" and it hasn't stopped snowing yet.

We got a nice layer of ice on our snow overnight.

Wat, I am going to have to report you for posting more Euro-trash. :D ;) ;)

OK Wat, here's some pix of that COE I was telling you about.

This is how it looked coming in;

After the tear down. Some of the body work has been started and the frame extension has been welded on.

This is a mock up of what he was planning for the finished vehicle. Some things have changed but the frame extension with the behind cab engine placement is clear here.

This last one is a mock up of the engine build. He did this to try to get a handle on dimensions and clearances.

That has the potential to be a way wild/rad ride. I have often thought of doing a truck, but I have driven so many and the idea of 2 or even 3 passengers appeals, so cars it is - for the time being.

I remember reading about a guy who bought a '49 Ford with a Ford-o-matic after WWII. It wouldn't get out of it own way, and his buddies ragged him. He tried some of the hot rod tricks but the tranny ate any extra ponies he made. He thought of going radical with it, then did some research. The hottest car in racing was the Hudson Hornet, and the latest greatest engine was the new Hemi. So, he bought one of each and assembles it. The story was mostly about the fabrication, but the result was what he wanted - the fastest car in his area, until a buddy bought a new '54 Oldsmobile, so he did likewise.

Building it makes it your own . . . .

I thought it was supposed to turn blue...

;)

Now we're going to end up deeply divided over red and blue pool America. :D

Too bad the pix don't give an perspective as to the size. That thing is a BIG truck. 2 1/2 ton big. But your point is well taken, more than 3 in the cab would make for tight quarters.

They should stick some pee-nuts on the snowPERSON...

;) :D

It's too early for potty humor just yet.

Three across in a cab over is okay for around town, or if two of them are kids. Much over half an hour starts to get old, unless there's a threesome pending.
