Culture: noun: the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively.

Nation: noun: a large aggregate of people united by common descent, history or language, inhabiting a particular country or territory.

It was as simple as looking up definitions online to show your points invalid.
That would mean you were speaking from ignorance in constructing your false equivalency, and now you're embarrassed and lack the guts to admit you were wrong,
