No, Colorado is not making big bucks. They brought in 17% of their projected take from legalizing. No matter how badly people want to spin it, 17% of anything is shit and failure.

Further, these states are suing because the stoners are coming into their states and causing accidents, which causes these states money to clean up, not to mention pot coming across and being sold which increases the costs to these states as well:
