If I had a guess, it's less co-author and more, "I have an idea, you write it, and we'll say co-author so my contribution seems bigger.

I know the pangs of workplace lust. I used to work in a job which had a majority of the employees be gorgeous young women and it wasn't hard to form intimate relationships with them. sadly, it was one of those jobs where it was almost impossible to keep up even a regular relationship and the type of work could just kill your arousal in no time, so aside from flirting and the occasional (mostly rumored) quickie, nothing really happened.
