MISSOULA - Convicted murderer Markus Kaarma will spend 70 years behind bars. He will not be eligible for parole for the first 20 years.
Judge Ed McLean handed down the sentence today in the Missoula County Courthouse.
In December, a jury found Kaarma guilty of deliberate homicide in the shooting death of German exchange student Diren Dede. (whole story)

adequate?

A 113-word, 4 paragraph snippet from the local FOX station is the "whole story"?

You were born a dweeb of the microwave generation, no?

You're proof that losers never quit...

And winners like you always do?

You really should just stick with getting off on slapping around submissive women, dick...

...you quite obviously don't really have any other strengths.

I heard this news on the radio. If he set a trap to catch burglars to then shoot them I think he has a problem.

That is essentially what happened. He had a break in and set his garage up to entice someone to break in. Then he shot him.

If he was truly defending his property and self it would be self defense. However, he set it up to entice a burglar, then he shot him. Premeditation. That's a problem for his defense. 70 years worth.

Can you guess how long you "think" it'll take you to catch up?

So wait, the person broke into his house and he shot him? 70 years for that? Lmao

What fucks me up, if that 17 year old boy was black they would've found out a way to justify the shooting. 70 years for shooting someone who broke into your property is uncalled for. I know people who got less time for actual murders.
