free. fully searchable and you download nearly anything directly in lots of different formats.
Not much good if your using a phone or tablet as sometimes the ftp on tablets and phones is a little ropey. but download using your pc then copy them to portable devices.

Another spot
Dawn of the Shield Maiden had been going for a while on Blogger, but he's pulled it down due to Google's see-sawing on adult content. He's currently looking for a new place to post. Meantime, he has some of the panels from the 119 pages he had up before pulling it as well as artwork from other adult on-line comics he wrote.
