No. A mixture of cardio, gravity class and riding. Wednesdays are for sex. Swimming on weekends.
If I don't keep a routine, my weight will yoyo too much. It took me 8 months to battle back the last time and it's too hard to do that as I get older. Learning proper stress management has been key.
Same here, my body responds well to routine.
I was doing three days weights, one heavy cardio and one light cardio per week but shifted to much heavier weights/low reps on the first of the year. My body simply cannot handle 3X a week so I went down to 2X. The upside is I now have both mass and definition in my shoulders and my calves for the first time in my life.![]()
I do half a sit-up in the morning. I complete the other half when I go to sleep.
