Is sex the only exercise that you get?

More cumming for men, lesser chance of getting prostate cancer. So, it is a healthy habit to have sex as often as possible.
 
I do cardio 6 days a week and weight lifting 3 times a week.

But no sex. :(
 
I get out with the skid at least twice a day. I work and surf, but hardly ever have exhausting 'going for days' sex anymore.

I miss it, though.

If I don't keep a routine, my weight will yoyo too much. It took me 8 months to battle back the last time and it's too hard to do that as I get older. Learning proper stress management has been key.

Damn ... Am I the only lazy one on here? Or the only one who is prepared to admit it?

In my defence I do put a lot of effort in (no lying back and thinking of England) and make sure it's a long sustained work out.

It works the core and abs pretty well.

Same here, my body responds well to routine.

I was doing three days weights, one heavy cardio and one light cardio per week but shifted to much heavier weights/low reps on the first of the year. My body simply cannot handle 3X a week so I went down to 2X. The upside is I now have both mass and definition in my shoulders and my calves for the first time in my life. :D

I was a runner off and on for years but as soon as I'd stop, the weight would add up again. My weakness is carbs.

Definition...at any age, is an achievement! And the longer I work in healthcare the more I am seeing the long term effects on both sides of the fitness levels. That was enough for me to make this time the last time.

Exercise is for weak-minded individuals that don't have the concentration power to sit on the sofa and watch tv.
 
I do half a sit-up in the morning. I complete the other half when I go to sleep.

I play racquetball on a regular basis, except for the past month or so. Or when I'm working too much.
 
no sex at present, walking, belly dance warm ups, crying, moving boxes, occasional shoveling.
 
I hit the gym 3-4 times a weak for a mix of cardio and weights. Weights keep a girl toned!
