Harper Collins plans an initial print run of two million copies.

I'm guessing the publishers aren't going to have to work too hard on the marketing of this one.

I will have to buy a copy as both the book and film of TKAM were fantastic .

Must be a candidate for the longest time between the first and second book being published .

Can you imagine if they ONLY print two million copies, and say "no more"? Send demand through the roof.

Unless Truman left notes for a sequel, this will suck.

I'm sure Truman left many suggestions on how it could be fixed.
:D

I think the reason it never saw the light of day is because she knew it would never measure up to Mockingbird.

But at 88, who gives a fuck what people think.

I'm about to pee my pants, I'm so excited. I already pre-ordered it!

I never bought that theory. TKAM just doesn't read like Capote.

The first time I read Mockingbird it reminded me very much of his early stuff that was set in the south, also a short story called " A Christmas Memory".

I would imagine they bounced things off of each other at least.
