Penis pumps do work, but their effect is only temporary. They work by over filling the penis with blood, and once the blood is absorbed back into the body, (after you lose the erection), the penis goes back to its original size. I suppose if you did it often enough over a period of time, you might get a small gain in length and girth, but I wouldn't expect too much.

One of them was some of the women over time developed serious issues from the repeated pounding by over sized men especially anally.
