Missing author

I've just noticed that one of my favorite authors has gone missing. He/she was such a favorite that I've googled, tried wayback, etc. etc. and nothing.

The first time I noticed it, the result for a story or two would still come up through google, but now the search doesn't even find it, let alone the actual stories.

Any ideas on how to find old stuff or is it just gone for good, only to be remembered by me, myself and I?

It was in my favorites - both individual stories as well as the author. I'm guessing because of the google search (the link went dead) that the author hasn't been gone long but that's just an assumption. I probably visited the page sometime within the last month or two.

Just found though Way Back but it looks like the originals have been deleted. Thanks!
