Seriously, she is the oldest (81) Justice of the Court, and Obama will probably have to appoint her replacement sometime soon.

The POTUS does not appoint a SC justice but nominates one. The Senate then either approves or disapproves. I hope he nominates Holder. At the hearing, senators can grill him over all the misdeeds he has performed or covered up over the last six years. Then the Senate can reject him.
