Red isn't my poison. Sorry!
Nice to see you darlin'!
I am a cheapo whino...Blueberry wine is as close to red as I get...Then Rose, and other fruit wine...Though I have had a couple of gewurztraminer wines that were awesome...It's gotta be sweet and not actually taste like wine fer me! LOL

This evening I just enjoyed a cheapie from Lidl (that's a discount German supermarket) Pinotage from South Africa at £4. 14.5 % proof (which means it's at least that) and jolly good I must say...
14.5% is ABV, alcohol by volume. 14.5 proof would be about 7.25 ABV. Just being picky.
Pinotage is also grown in California around Murphys in the Sierra foothills. I remember picking up a couple bottles about 10 years ago.
Is it 3.2 or 5.0 Coors?
Big topic in my youth...
Dunno, no Coors in Alaska during my youth.
I'm sure you Yanks love your wine as much as us these days. What exactly's your favourite, why, where do you get it and how much? If you guys are like me, pretty much every meal's accompanied with the stuff these days...!
I picked up some nice Syrah from Fess Parker's winery last summer.
