Someone is using my name and birthdate!

I just went onto the Australian Tax Office site to update my details before starting my new job on Monday, and discovered that there is a business using my name in another state.
Not so strange you might think, another person having the same name as mine..... But!
My full name is so incredibly unusual and rare that the odds of another person having the same name and birthdate as me are infitely small - especially as the spelling is so different. I have only ever seen my first name, spelled like mine, once before in almost 47 years.

Monday morning, I will be on the phone to the ATO to find out more details and sort it out if need be.

I usually only go on the ATO website once a year at tax time, so it would have been another 6 months before I discovered this.

I've been hunting online for.some info about the business, but can't find much.
There's a listing for it but the address is a p o box and the phone number just rings out (but that could be because it's Sat night).
There's no real information to be found online. They don't show up as having a website or anything.
My alert radar is pinging!
